Rose - Account Deletion Request
Rose allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Open the Rose app.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Select Delete Account if available.
- Alternatively, send an email to support@rose-bible.com with the subject "Delete my Rose account" and include the email address used for registration.
Data deleted
- User account
- Profile information
- Chat history associated with the account
- Voice interaction metadata associated with the account, if stored
- Authentication-related user data stored by our backend, where technically possible
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained for a limited time where legally required, for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or abuse prevention.
Retention period
Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.
